Phase I Day 1

Well I have begun my journey. I am so ready! I was a little bummed to find out that I had two binge days, I was ready for the diet part! I did my first injection, kinda hurt a little afterwards, I am sure that I will adjust.

I am going to the grocery store today to load up on all the foods I need! I am ready to make this huge change. When I talked to my hcg lady, Lynn, yesterday she wrote down 170 lbs and omg if I make it to that I will be so thrilled. That'd take me to my pre babies weight, how wonderful. I gotta stick with it.

I am also going to be pretty dilligent about taking pictures, so beware. I might do bra/underwear pictures for my own benefit, maybe i'll put the clothed ones up.

So So So Excited! I can do it!
